The Network will be based on 300 - 400 mile an hour interstate hubs, connected with 200 - 300 mile an hour intrastate hubs.  The Rail network would be powered by Solar, Wind, Turbine and supported by existing energy infrastructure.  It would use the latest IT and satellite technology for voice, date and video communications.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The project (estimate) will take 10 - 20 years to build and employee millions of Americans.
